We do not sell our products directly to the general public, nor do we maintain a selling presence in the warehouse/ home improvement channel.

Forecast products are sold in North America by professional salespeople focused on our two primary markets, the Retail Showroom/ Internet segment as well as the Commercial Distribution channel.

RETAIL SHOWROOMS
In the United States, Forecast is represented by both independent sales agencies as well as certain Lightolier sales offices. In Canada, Forecast is aligned with many Canlyte factory- direct sales offices, as well as independent showroom representatives.
These sales people are responsible for selling Forecast goods to showrooms to be displayed and marketed to the general public.
INTERNET SALES
Forecast products are marketed on the Internet by a select group of electronic retailers. These authorized re- sellers of Forecast are primarily supported by our retail showroom sales force.
COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTION
In the United States, Forecast is represented by the Lightolier factory- direct sales organization, in addition to certain commercially focused independent sales agencies that are also aligned with Lightolier. In Canada, Forecast is aligned with many Canlyte factory- direct sales offices, as well as with certain independent commercial sales agencies.
The role of these salespeople is to market Forecast products into the specification and design community. When these efforts result in a sale on a commercial project, these salespeople support the selling effort with those commercially focused electrical wholesalers that have been authorized to sell Forecast products.
